Appointments & Cancellations: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 30% of services booked. No-show appointments will be charged 50% of services scheduled and mandatory 50% deposit for future services booked. Late Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on stylist preference. Services may be shortened to accommodate the remaining appointment time. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost and are forfeited if cancellation policies are not followed. Hair Extension Non-refundable Deposit & Hair Release: Once extension hair has been ordered, the deposit becomes non-refundable under all circumstances. Extension hair purchased through the salon cannot be released, transferred, or given to the client outside of the scheduled extension service. The extension hair remains the property of the salon until it has been professionally installed. Redo & Refund Policy No refunds are offered on services rendered. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact the salon within 48-72 hours so adjustments can be discussed. Adjustments are at the stylist's discretion and only provided by the same stylist from the original appointment. Above all, we want you to be happy with your services and hope you reach out if any issues arise. Children: Children are welcome to accompany you to your appointment with prior approval. Please keep in mind that having a child present may slightly extend the appointment time, which may effect the final service total. For everyones comfort, children who are not receiving a service should have a quiet activity provided by parent or guardian, as there are limited items available in the salon for children entertainment. You understand that our salon is an active working environment where hot styling tools, professional chemicals, and sharp instruments are in use at all times. For the safety of everyone, parents and guardians are solely responsible for the supervision and safety of their children while on the premises. Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include all cards and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
